FUNCTION:  Grants Committee members review all grant request submissions and propose a recommended slate of grantees to the entire WIN membership for a vote.  

TIME COMMITMENT:  The Grants Committee is active January to May.  During those five months, grant committee members can expect to spend an average commitment of three hours per week (12 hours per month).    

COMMENT:  Grant-giving is the heart of what WIN does.  It is highly recommended that each WIN member serve on the Grants Committee at least once to experience the process, see the breadth of submissions and understand the work involved in choosing grants to have the greatest impact.
